How does EVO work?

EVO is a financial platform helping customers get cash loans at the best rates and highest limits. EVO partners with BSP registered banks to help them evaluate loan applications and to give customers a higher chance of approval.

After submitting your loan application on goevo.ph, we will connect you with our licensed partner bank that will evaluate your provided information. We will let you know immediately what the status of your application is and the approved loan amount. If approved, you can access the money straight away by registering with the bank that approved your loan. The whole process takes less than 20 minutes in most cases.

Is EVO a bank?

EVO is not a bank nor a lending company. All loan applications are subject to evaluation by our partner banks that provide all loan products. This enables our customers to increase their access to safe and secure loans with high loan limits at low interest rates.

EVO Philippines is registered with the SEC under Trusting Social Philippines. EVO's partner banks are registered lending institutions with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.

What type of loans does EVO offer?

EVO offers cash loans that can be used for any legal purpose!

Our customers often use our loans to renovate their homes, support their businesses or deal with medical emergencies.

How much money can I borrow and for how long?

The loan you can get ranges from PHP 10,000 to PHP 200,000 PHP depending on your profile. Your maximum eligible loan amount will be communicated to you after you submit your application but it can increase with on time repayments.

Repayment tenors can range from 6 to 36 months

How much interest does EVO charge?

We charge an add-on rate of 1.79% per month which is equivalent to 35.74% to 35.78% per year. The given rate will depend on the chosen partner lender.

Who can apply for a loan with EVO?

All Philippine nationals aged 21 to 65 years old can apply. EVO accepts applications also from first time borrowers or self-employed customers.

Do I need to submit a collateral?

No collateral is required for any of our loans.

Do you charge any fees for processing a loan application?

We only charge 3%  or PHP 500, whichever is higher, as a processing fee that is automatically deducted from your disbursed loan amount. There are no fees if your loan is approved but you decide to not take the loan.

How much time does it take to apply for a loan and get the money?

Online applications only take 10 minutes. In most cases your application will be evaluated immediately but in some instances it might take more time. We will notify you as soon as your application is processed.

Once approved, the money will be ready to be disbursed immediately after you sign a digital loan contract via OTP. If approved, you can access the money straight away by registering with the bank that approved your loan. The whole process takes less than 20 minutes in most cases.

How can I access the money I borrowed?

You will get a free bank account with our partner bank where your money will be disbursed. You can control your bank account via a secure mobile app of the bank and access the funds immediately sending it to any other bank account or e-wallets.

Is my new bank account safe?

Yes. You will be provided with a bank account number with our partner bank and will have to create login credentials to access this account. Only you will have access to these details

How does EVO keep my data safe and secure?

EVO will never share your data with any unauthorized third party. EVO and our bank partners treat your data with utmost confidentiality.

How do I apply for a loan with EVO?

1. Tap Apply Now to goevo.ph from your mobile phone

2. Complete the quick Application form and get pre-approved. You will be presented with your loan amount, interest rate, monthly payment and loan terms.

3. Download our partner bank app to finish all bank registration formalities and access your funds immediately.

Customers can complete the whole process from loan application to money disbursement in 20 minutes or less!

What information and documents do I need to provide to apply for a loan?

You will need to provide us with some personal information like your name or address, your work details and your contact details.

You will also need one valid ID. We accept any of these IDs:

● Philippines Passport
● Driver’s License
● Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
● Social Security System (SSS) ID
● Philsys National ID
● Philhealth ID
● Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID

If your choosen address does not state your current address, you might need to submit additional proof of address. We accept any of these: recent utility bills (electricity, landline etc.), bank account statements, Barangay ID or rent agreement.

How can I resume an application in progress? For example if I could not complete it in one go.

You can click on xxx on goevo.ph, log in using your phone number and an OTP and finish your application from where you left off.

How do I know if my application is approved?

In most cases you will find out immediately on our website during the application process. Should the approval process take more time, we will notify you via SMS and Viber as soon as the assessment is done.

Can get multiple loans with EVO?

Once approved, you will be assigned a maximum loan limit with our partner bank. You can take all the money at one time or split it into multiple smaller loans.

Why are some applications rejected?

The complete profile of each applicant is carefully evaluated to determine whether it would be safe for the bank to grant an offer and for the applicant to take the offer. Should the bank conclude, for example, that the applicant may have problems making the monthly repayments on time, the application will not be approved at that point in time. However, applicants are encouraged to apply again later.

Can I apply again if my application was rejected?

You can apply again after 90 days.

Can I cancel my application?

Yes, you can cancel your application at any point of time before you sign the loan agreement. Simply do not proceed further and your application will be automatically cancelled after 30 days.

Will I be charged fees if I cancel my application?

You will not be charged any fees if your loan is not disbursed.

How much do I need to pay every month?

Your loan schedule including how much to pay every month, when to pay and how much has been paid and how much is left to pay will be easily visible on our partner bank's mobile app.

How can I repay my loan?

Your monthly loan payments will be automatically deducted from our partner bank's account (the same account where you will receive your loan amount). Please remember to keep enough money in your account before every due date.  

You can easily send money to your bank account using any of these methods:

1. Selecting the option to deposit money in your partner bank's app

2. Over-the-counter transactions through partner payment channels 3. PESONet transfers from other bank accounts or e-wallets

What will happen if I am unable to repay my loan on time?

It is very important you pay your loan payments on time every month. On time repayments mean your loan limits might increase and you might be able to take multiple new loans in the future should you need them!  

If you are late with your loan payments, your credit score might be negatively impacted which means you might not be able to take new loans in the future.  

You will also be charged a later payment fee equivalent to PHP 500 or 5% to each late installment.

What happens if I paid part of my monthly loan payment on time but not all of it?

Please ensure you settle your monthly loan payments in full. Any incomplete payments treated as late payments.

Can I repay my loan earlier than the agreed schedule?

Yes, you can repay your loan anytime in full by paying the unpaid portion of your loan principal and any interest incurred to date. You will see the total amount to pay on the mobile app.  

3% of the unbilled amount or PHP 300 pesos, whichever is higher, as early repayment fee will be applicable.
